We'd had some Apple IIs and TSR-80s, and then got a handful of PS/2s... but then when we got the new school building we got a whole network, and half the classrooms came with them, plus a study hall.

In 1990, a new computer also cost a month's median wages in the US. Most of us were using them at schools, colleges, it wasn't until almost 2000 that work computers had internet access.
