The most important things to consider with biotech companies are 1. Do they have stickers? and 2. Are the stickers laptop-worthy?
Luckily I'm here to help, and have collaborated with Forge Genetics to ensure your laptops are receiving the best stickers possible
Ever wonder how I make stickers? π€

A comic titled "My first time seeing a doctor about migraine"- In the first panel, a girl on the left is saying "I have incredibly painful migraines 3 times a week", with a doctor on the right saying "Have you tried drinking water? Do you know about paracetamol?" and the girl responds "Yes...". In the next panel, the doctor says "It's not worth giving you preventative treatment- read this printout from the NHS website instead!" with the girl looking concerned.
2. Did you know that if you experience #migraine, in a minority of people it can progress into a chronic illness? I didn't know this, and neither do many others, including healthcare professionals. Migraine needs to be taken more seriously to help more people avoid this!
A comic strip titled "Migraine in childhood/ adolescence". The first panel shows children playing, with the speech bubble "come out to play!", and on the right a girl lying in bed with an icepack on her head and the speech bubble "Nope". The second panel shows a girl leaving her friend and getting on to a bus, with the speech bubble "Sorry I need to go, I'm starting to lose my eyesight". The third panel shows a girl stood in front of a school play wearing angel wings, with the speech bubble "I'm going to throw up".
1. The theme of this UKDHM is Disability, Children, and Youth, so I'll start with this one!
Migraine can be really confusing and scary when you are a child, and may be passed off as "just a headache". But you can get help! Read Joel's story: migrainetrust.org/migraine-in-...
A Yorkshire Terrier dog is pictured looking at a book about plasmids
Hello Bluesky!
I'm a microbial genomics PhD student interested in how plasmids can spread between strains and environments (One Health!)- especially if they are carrying AMR and virulence genes. I've been working on K. pne, E. coli and S. aureus. Here is a pic of my dog π
So glad you like them! π
