I find it incredibly odd you don't consider espousing Nazi iconography and beliefs a red flag in your democratic candidates, but I guess that is the centrist position

As a society, we really need to start crushing wireheads with bricks if we ever want to advance
Offered without comment.
This seems like a good use case for facial recognition software. These dudes have homes they go back to at night.
People are organically coming to understand the Gender Accelerationist analysis of the situation.
Maybe try a third?
No.
"serially harras" you are too stupid to engage with.
Said we shouldn't trust the women accusing Neil Gaiman of abuse because they went to the wrong media outlet, encouraged the HALing of multiple trans women for disagreeing with points she's made, and overall just been an awful person.
They're saying your ass failed the harkness test on feralsky
Bark~!
Also. I want to be very clear - every single President has committed war crimes identical to this one.
It’s not about being caught talking about doing the war crimes; it’s about them doing the fucking war crimes.
These incompetent fucks just put it all on display for us.
oh! one more thing!
the comment period for the proposed rule to remove trans care from the ACA as an essential benefit is open til april 11. proposed rules are supposed to have more time than that but—shocker!—the comment period here is shorter.
you have 19 days, as of this post. please comment.💜🏳️⚧️
han solo and chewbacca at the console of the millennium falcon. chewie is a little dubious of the instruction han has given. han scoffs. "i don't know, fly casual."
one more thing (for now): be specific, but don't be personal in a way that endangers anyone. trans people are at risk rn. you might have a trans loved one; you don't have a trans nephew.
DON'T OUT ANYONE. DON'T OUT YOURSELF.
keep your distance but don't look like you're keeping your distance.🧵
screenshot of the three options showing anonymous. the "email" field disappears if you choose this one.
trans people deserve healthcare. full stop.
trans care is essential & lifesaving. full stop.
trans care requires more than just trans folks standing for the right to access it.
you can be brief, but be specific. this isn't a "spam the form" sitch. a comment can be anonymous if you need that.🧵
and if you're like "but trump doesn't listen to courts" or "it'll eventually pass," i have this to say:
every single day a trans person can access the lifesaving, essential healthcare they need is worth fighting for.
it's worth court battles & protests & especially 2 minutes of your time.🧵
the what is your comment about dropdown. "individual" has been selected.
some folks have also been confused about what to select in the "what is your comment about?" dropdown. "individual" works fine, unless another option better suits you.
bureaucracy's designed, in part, to confuse you. don't let a form stop you. this proposed rule is bigotry. tell them.🧵
this rule has to run the federal rulemaking gamut—it needs to be open for public comment & the govt is required to respond.
even if this admin responds "lol," the rule will almost certainly face multiple court challenges—from the ACLU to class actions to whole states.
public opinion matters.🧵
but this has bigger implications.
ACA plans are private care benchmarks. if trans care is removed from the ACA as an EHB, private insurers will follow suit & stop covering trans care fast—especially in "red" states where they know they can get away with screwing trans folk. here's @madycast.com.🧵
before the ACA, there was no guarantee you could get trans care covered by an insurer. ACA mandates *every* marketplace health plan *has* to cover HRT + top & bottom surgeries as essential health benefits (EHB). and they *are* essential.
here's a 2016 explainer on what a big deal that was.🧵
hi, cis folks!
if we *are* going to talk ACA, RFK's HHS proposed a rule to remove *all trans care* from ACA essential health benefit status.
~25mil people are insured by ACA & if 1% are trans, that's 250,000 people who'd lose access to care.
that's bad! take 2 minutes to stand with trans people.🧵
Frothing at the mouth. Straining against my leash
I'm willing to try!
