Dressed up and went to a Halloween parade today. Scared several people, got lots of compliments and had my photo taken. La Catrina Painted the feet, ribcage, and skull. Dyed the dress black and added iron on appliques. Also painted and attached the feathers and flowers to the hat.
Was inspired by some pictures on Pinterest and this happened. Who would've thought that 4 granny squares would make a cute top? Used Lion Brand Mandala in Draco.

Wanted a reason to make a blanket for a while. The BF and I are planning to go camping this year so I was like Camping Blanket! Using Overlay Mosaic technique with a solid color and a self striping cake. Front and back images shown.
I've started multiple raglan styles but have yet to finish one. Fingers crossed I get this one done.
It's starts out as an idea on paper, then slowly comes to life. Firefly sweater in progress that will end up using Lion Brand DIY Glow along with a few others like the Made with Love Acrylic Cotton blend.
So it's been a bit, but it's because I've been busy making physical items for my shop; fruit slice earrings, paw earrings, and granny square earrings!

Working on a project and cannot decide what two other colors I want to use to make the other color panels. Was like maybe all shades of green. No! Complimentary colors of orange and purple! No? Maybe blues or pinks? Anyone else ever struggle with picking color combos?
I have projects that I am making for others and do have a fear that my bad mood will transfer to the piece. So I am careful with what I work on when my mood is bad.
An impulse buy but I loved the look of this Big Twist Super Niva yarn in color Milky Way Galaxy. 80% acrylic, 20% woolblend. It's a little rough to the touch as expected from a wool blend but it is working up beautifully. Hoping to make a sweater out of it.
I tend to not use a lot of Red Heart yarns due to their general stiffness, but I could not pass up this colorway, Crayon Box. It is working up so beautifully!
