We get why Rep. Cornel Rasor voted for this bill. But why on earth did Rep. Mark Sauter support a measure that makes Idaho the only state and the only jurisdiction in the developed world with no minimum staffing ratios for childcare? We're listening.

Gov. Brad Little has changed education in Idaho forever idahocapitalsun.com/2025/03/01/g...
How can Governor Brad Little can warn us about budget "shocks" coming our way one day and then allocate $50 million for private school vouchers a few days later? Instead of listening to his constituents, apparently our governor prefers to kowtow to Trump and out of state money and lobbying efforts.
Meet on the sidewalk in front of the courthouse at 215 S 1st St., on Monday, 2/17, from noon - 2 pm. (congregate on the sidewalk as long as we do not block the sidewalk.)

It was deeply disappointing this week that District 1 Reps. Cornel Rasor and Mark Sauter voted for another massive tax handout for the wealthy and big corporations. Instead of delivering real relief, like repealing the sales tax on groceries, they chose to starve essential services.
Yep, it didn't take them long to come up with another attack on Medicaid expansion. Are the GOP leaders behind this effort even listening to their constituents?!
