He definitely holds on to it for too long. The easy ball is often overlooked. But he does always look forward, so there's some hope.

Thankfully a much improved second half.. Signs of progress?
Even the boos at halftime sounded halfhearted. It must be exhausting to turn up to that. #coys
Did Richarlison get kicked in the face during the game? He seemed to have a cut and a big bruise.
I'm sure if Romero had done that Sky TV world have been foaming at the mouth.

Surely Johnson would have made an impact in this game. I assume that means the club has an idea of who is coming in as a replacement, or maybe Deki's return is expected soon. I'm clutching at straws, obviously... #coys
Spence was great. I thought Johnson added threat when he came on. It's unpopular but what he does, he does well.
It makes such a difference when someone's first thought is to look forward.
An excellent chance of seeing Aurora over the next 2 nights, if you're lucky enough to be free of clouds...π
Is that a prediction?

I'm willing to go 3 at the back all season to let Danso launch those long throws. πͺπ«’

Holy crap. PSG have done nothing of note because we haven't allowed them to. We've been strong, disciplined, direct. We could have had 2 or more goals. Every set piece is dangerous. Obvs, now we'll make them angry π

The clue is in the name "Wanderers"
Amazing work π
I was reminded of a lecture I went to some years ago, given by Clive Woodward. He talked about TCUP, (thinking correctly under pressure). Frank's philosophy seems to contain elements of that: plan for every eventuality & you have a readiness for whatever comes your way with reasoned flexibility.
I have been reflecting on the appointment of Frank. As you said, he seems to be the right guy, at the right time, to move the project forward. There's a good team, with trust & clear roles. The values & culture seem what we need. They'll improve and give opportunities to our talented young players.
Excellent podcast, add always guys. I think you have the analysis, tone, and expectations just right.
I use AI for a regular update. It saves all the faffing with click bait and endless articles based on 1 paragraph buried towards the end, broken up by interminable adverts making the page jump.
It's what the technology was invented for.
I agree. I was sad to lose Ange. I would not have made that decision, but understand it. I like Thomas Frank. He has good values and clear communication. He works with what he's got, which is necessary at Spurs. But I hope for development in the talented (young) players. He wanted Johnson & Gray.
I flipping love Big Ange.
Imagine actually attempting to do this without causing yourself permanent injury...

I loved that line from Ange's press conference that "this one is for the true believers."
You (we) never gave up believing in the team, despite the doubters (on every side). For that, we get to enjoy this even more.

Honestly, I think it's great that all the players get medals. they are all part of the journey.
"The trouble with Ange is that he only has one way of playing..." π
Ange: "This is one for the true believers."

Did you notice how they ran out of medals last night? Son didn't get one at the trophy presentation.

Have deliberately avoided football on here but just for once. #COYS
