On Mondays I fast til sundown (though we will see come summer time how long I can last lol) and it’s a humbling experience. Makes you appreciate your lot in life. God is good.
Today was so beautiful, warm, peaceful, and joyful. Started learning the audio station at church followed by lunch with friends. I practice the sabbath on Sundays so sharing a meal is an important and lovely highlight. Ended with a KAF Detroit-style pizza recipe for dinner. God is good.

I was messing with different styles but I think I like the clay version best (he is the Potter, we are the clay). This was the 'clean' version.

My toxic trait is getting really PO’d when certain things don’t go my way—as if my compromises and concessions in other areas are a currency I build up. That I’m entitled to ABC because I suffered XYZ. It’s hard, but I feel like I’m maturing a little bit year by year.
