Utah lawmakers want to ban Pride flags in schools and all public buildings. Obviously folks are fighting this bill, but one thing folks can do is sign up for a flag from Project Rainbow for Trans Day of Visibility next month. I'd love to drench Utah in flags.

A new study shows that bird flu has silently spread from animals to some veterinarians.
Important note:

@beffyd713.bsky.social, yes! It's from Meaningful Eats: meaningfuleats.com/gluten-free-.... I've found that it's important to use the KAF gf bread flour. I used Country Crock plant butter sticks and full fat Oatly.
Adding icing/glaze while the rolls are warm makes them extra gooey.

I recently enjoyed a winter break (I love the academic calendar), and I was able to test and perfect a gluten-free dairy-free cinnamon roll recipe. It's beautiful.
