your ability to see flaws has improved, eventually your art will catch up and no doubt will be motivated by the fact you can actually see those flaws/wants better. Give yourself room to take the time to grow, sometimes its slow sometimes its fast but its always constant, even when its hard to see

Usually the answer is being ok with lower productivity, trying to expect your best out of yourself when your not healthy, mentally or physically, is an impossible task.

when it comes to flaws, the thing that always helps me is knowing thats literally the period of my brain trying to improve
