Im planning on cooking some rules for Quasar for combat that isn't really life or death and worth a full skirmish, so just quick roleplay heavy scenes where characters can fight just with their abilities, skill checks and theater of the mind

there is a constant state of rampant death on the planet with bones littering the forest floors, some animals like the Mantikhoras Ossis wear bones as armor and hunt in groups when the rains clear while others bio-accumulate the poisons to become the most toxic species in the quadrant

That would be the planet of Asphodel a world covered in forests of what are called Morrigan trees, they release a deeply toxic and caustic poison that has reshaped the entire planet, it's soaked into the water cycle so rainstorms can kill you and all the wildlife has adapted to this.

Playtesting tip:
Have minmaxing players play your game they'll naturally find game breaking combos for you to fix.
Turns out the Panacea passive from Medic makes you effectively invincible when you combo it with the Starlight chestplate from the Brightshield class.
Definitely getting patched soon.
