3. Lymond for me. The first and last are my favorites, but I couldn't really choose.
4. About five times. I always worry they won't be as incredible as I remember from my teens, and then they're always better and more complex than I understood the last time.

I've strangely always enjoyed being in that world by myself, but a couple of friends did read The Lymond Chronicles about twenty years after I did, and I was grateful they agreed with me about how good it was. I'd take it hard if anyone I knew read them and was unimpressed.

My librarian grandmother gave me a copy of Game of Kings when I was 17. I had to read it with a dictionary beside me, and I wrote the definitions of all the words I didn't know in the margins. It took me a while to make it through them all, but now I've read them many times. Still my favorite books.
