Most Gulf countries have low oil storage capacity. E.g, Iraq has a 6 day storage capacity, KSA, 11... If the war continues, production has to stop. & restarting production takes a LOT of time

What he meant is that war is essentially a political matter.
In this war, Trump & his minions didn’t even bother to leave it to the military.
We went from a war that was contained to 3 countries to a war that has spread to 12 & counting.
The conflict is spreading. No clear exit strategy or how to end it beyond destruction. But the long it takes to achieve destruction, the more likely this war will spin out of control.
I am slowly coming to that conclusion.
It’s not the JSOC’s job really to say, “hey, did you guys think about oil prices.”
It’s more of a state department thing. Moreover, the DOD has plenty of tabletop exercises on this stuff. I know they covered these topics.
