Only 7% of traffic in Hereford is through traffic, yet the council believes it's worth hundreds of millions to mitigate that.
The bypass will not solve Hereford's congestion issues, it is a blatant attempt at winning votes, rather than anything that will benefit the people of Herefordshire.
Herefordshire Council is already struggling to fund basic services, but it is not sensible at all to then borrow hundreds of millions for the unnecessary bypass.

I've been working on this campaign as Head of Campaigns for YEM UK for quite some time now, and with the government announcing we will be rejoining Erasmus we've already seen success.
