I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

I'm not sure how much this spreading would even help but I think it's important to stay educated about these things... I'm genuinely scared about my own safety and I'm not even sure how they will go about imposing this law. here's a more detailed look at what they're trying to do

I am starting first concept drafts for a book about "the algorithm" and it is fascinating how "my ChatGPT" is really basically "my FYP" on steroids. So maybe labeling a person's chatbot also just as "algorithm" might help starting to show people a path out of psychosis.

BTW the shul in the picture? It's also (last I checked) the most popular wedding hall for the Orthodox community across all subgroups. I've only ever been to chasidish weddings in Toronto, almost every one was at the BAYT.
