Made some updates to Piper's Cleric abilities tonight. You can now pick a known (or partially known) psalm from a list to get a guide of which notes to play.
Still some UX to iron out (ignore that I'm mixing PS5 and PC button prompts 🫠) but it's getting there!

A look behind the curtains (or behind the canopy? 😜).
The collision geometry is completely rigid. To fake the look of physical response, the shader just has a single radial wave that is reinitiated for every impact detected.

If I had to give myself advice from the future; I'd say to learn 'Signals' first.
And secondly once you understand Signals; learn what an 'Autoload' is.
Third, combine them both to effectively make an 'Event Bus', or in Godot terms, 'Signal Bus'.
Essential backbones to all godot projects.

Think I need to knuckle down and build a reusable/modifiable movement system for Godot. None of the existing ones function or feel great. Last time I did this for unity it took like a solid month of dev though. I guess it saved me and others a lot of time in the long run though so will be worth it.
