A five by five bingo card, here are the things to look out for: Top row: 80's bed linen, obscure musical instrument, bed too small for over 6ft person, CRT TV/Monitor, tumble dryer Second row: exercise bike (as clothes horse), DALEK, 90s or earlier games console, too much crafting stuff, single beds for long term partners Middle row: old cuddly toy, bed on tiles/lino, DUVET, multiple labubus, bare plaster board Fourth row: bed next to fridge, 4+ Jilly Cooper novels, definitely dead house plant, caravan, large collection of jigsaws Bottom row: giant buzz ball, "curtains" that are not curtains, scary dolls, bed under table, power tools.
Right then, no one asked for it (everyone seems quite happy with last year's!) but here we are anyway, your #DuvetKnowItsChristmas 2025 bingo card! Some returning classics, some we missed last year and some new ones. Enjoy team, donation link below once Rhodri posts it!
Unbelievably, #DuvetKnowItsChristmas generates such good will on social media that over the years we've raised somewhere approaching a quarter of a million quid for homeless charities. If you can spare a bob or two, sling some to Centrepoint, and here's the link: www.gofundme.com/f/duvet-know...
This is the 15th year of #DuvetKnowItsChristmas, which is preposterous. Rules: if you find yourself dealing with unusual / claustrophobic / gaudy sleeping arrangements this Christmas Eve, share a picture with the world. Use the hashtag (with capitalisation) and cc me if you can be bothered.

Dyslexia Voice Feature - Summer 2025
www.emmabolger.co.uk/2025/06/dysl...
The word βmythsβ in an exploding starburst. Text reads Dyslexia Awareness Week Scotland 2025; 29 September to 5 October.
It is Dyslexia Awareness Week 2025. So many myths still to bust, one or me is the assumption that dyslexia cannot be identified until a child is approaching the end of primary school. Re-sharing our feature from the Dyslexia Voice magazine from earlier this year that tells my son's story.
Our survey for Gaelic Medium Education leavers closes on Tuesday and is doing very well on responses, but please help us to give it a final push so we can capture as many people's voices as possible before we head into a month of data analysis! #gaelic #gaidhlig #gΓ idhlig #educationresearch #careers
