I have never returned a book that wasn't free (I returned a bunch of free cookbooks and "text books" that were cluttering up my collection). Even when I stepped away from the Kindle ecosystem, I downloaded those books. Yeah, broke DRM, but I don't pirate, I just needed to get them elsewhere.
