I'm a social worker, so I work with a lot of disabled people who juggle kids and obligations. Some people can't. But many people could choose to stop using Amazon, yes.

I think a lot of people are just too used to two-day shipping and immediate gratification. It's so normalized that they don't want to wait to have things delivered from smaller business because of the length of time it takes.

It's so hard for people right now. I work with a lot of families who need to use it because they need access to things they can't get because they live in food deserts or lack transportation. They don't have the money to use other delivery services, even if they want to. So sometimes I get it. But-

That's... That's actually a pretty smart tactic. We just need a journalist brave enough to stick their neck out and risk their job.

They're in court so much I'm sure they're aware of the rules about recording, and yet... This.

I have a friend that used to work there. The surveillance tech they use to track their employees, their policies... It's so, so much worse than most people know.
