I completely agree and also? They're gonna learn that there's no such thing as "unskilled work". I can't turn over a hotel room in 20 minutes, or keep a kitchen running smoothly through the lunch rush, or effectively load a delivery truck for UPS. I've worked fast food & retail and it's HARD.
