We were started off by Arielle Bernhardt from NYU, presenting work from an RCT in India estimating the impacts on a wide range of outcomes of giving new female police officers either mentors or another incoming police officer who is also female

Leading off was Raquel Fernandez of NYU, presenting a structural model estimated on admin from Sweden showing that more paternity leave made available for men changes how much leave men and women take, partly through cultural change
