Anyone else getting tired of the phrase "it would raise serious legal and ethical concerns"? Like... ok? And?

Maybe it’s Trump or maybe it’s Miller and Vance, but at this point I don’t think it matters. Every piece of it, from the chaos to the courtroom battles, has played like it was part of a long game. It’s all been a steady march toward the same end.

I don’t disagree that courts are doing what they’re designed to do, but that’s exactly the problem. They’re structurally ineffective against executive chaos and authoritarian momentum. They can’t act fast enough to prevent harm, only assess it after the fact.

Please don't sit down in a non orchestrated crowd. Sit ins are orchestrated, but in a crowd where there's anxiety and police presence, it's a huge trample risk.
