I love Louise Erdrich. I have quite a few of her books. Just picked up The Sentence and The Mighty Red trade paperbacks for $2 each at my library's annual book sale. Reading The Mighty Red now. It's very good, of course.

In my small Texas town, there's one early polling location for all precincts. It's downtown, at the courthouse annex building. I always early vote because it's much easier for me to go there (just blocks from my bank and the post office) than my regular election day polling location.

Someone in my small Texas town posted on social media that a lady who was early voting noticed the back side of her ballot was filled in. I haven't voted yet, will do so this week, but I'll be watching for that.

Mine love to do that. Warm from the dryer...kitty bliss. There's always an electric blanket on the bed, but they still run for that "just out of the dryer" blankie or quilt.
