I kind of look at it like The Car Lounge but without the cage doors.
I remember when the underclassmen at high school got to calling people "bit" because it wasn't *technically* "bitch" so, in their minds, they couldn't be punished for it. Even they knew it was flimsy, because it wasn't openly thrown at teachers... until it was. FAFO.
More than a bit. There were some more detailed listing photos on Zillow before it went under contract. The drainage nightmare out back alone might end up costing more than a typical reno in that neighborhood.
Currier owned a lumber mill. The home was a showcase for some of their work. I'm pretty sure it's all still there.

This house was firebombed during a labor dispute back in... I want to say the 30s or 40s? That's the damage visible in the open wood paneling in the vestibule. It was preserved.
The rest is just from neglect.
