Pendragon is a delightful Arthurian strategy game with stained glass window art and also I voice a lot of the character laughs and oofs!

think in that case I would choose a short name or short names which is/are given by the sibling. to me as a consumer the sexual orientation is less important than how the characters in the story treat and address each other.
