Thanks to everyone who took part in #ExtraLife in 2025! Over $170,000 was raised for the Alberta Children's Hospital, and it was done by gamers just like you in Calgary, across southern Alberta, and all over the world!

"Today, Uday is walking, smiling, thriving — and dreaming big. He wants to be a neurologist one day.
"Thanks to community investments, highly specialized neurocritical care — including continuous EEG monitoring — his medical team was able to protect his brain function and support him through a critical recovery.
"When Uday suddenly lost movement and began struggling to breathe, his parents rushed him to the Alberta Children’s Hospital. A donor-funded MRI revealed what doctors couldn’t have detected otherwise: 13 blood clots in his brain.
