Heat pumps are the way of the future. I've had mine for 2 years, and it's worked great.

If the answer is "Yes CoPilot will suggest company X". Then that means the data is shared between both Client A and B. Anything Microsoft says about permissions is moot
Kathryn then closes the doc and starts working on a doc in Client B's folder. She then starts to type: "Client reached out to Company". Will Copilot suggest: "Company X"?
I think someone is confused. I would pose the question this way:
Kathryn has permission to access Client A and Client B. Kathryn is working on a document in Client A's folder. Kathryn wants types: "Client reached out to Company X to try to resolve the issue."
