I definitely prefer this than Frozen!
When the concept art is more frightening than the finished product.
Hollywood, 1927: As silent movie star George Valentin wonders if the arrival of talking pictures will cause him to fade into oblivion, he sparks with Peppy Miller, a young dancer set for a big break.

Every year on the New Yearβs Eve is the same damn thing in the YouTube comments with the Ball drop moment!
Complaining about the ball not dropping which clearly it did!
Why are comments like this these days?

One Battle After Another became just the fourth film to win the National Society of Film Critics, LAFCA, NYFCC, and NBR honors for Best Picture. Only one of the three took Best Picture so far...

it's exhausting with so much harsh negative criticism I'm reading here that can't seem to enjoy film anymore.
Calling #Anora trash or #DunePartII boring or #TheFallGuy a disappointment,
Oh well you can't please everyone!

The West has been in Cedartown since time of memory for me. We were both produced in the 1940s (I'm older but not by much). At night, the marquis lights (the old fashioned bulb type) light up brilliantly and move around and around, just as it did when I was a kid. When I was around 10-11 I spent every Saturday here with all the other kids. Ten whole cents for all day entertainment. They filmed a concert scene of some kind behind it, but I don't think it made the final film. I didn't notice it, anyway, but I was ready for it to be over shortly after it started.
Director Billy Bob Thornton looking at the scene about to be filmed.
This place predates me, and I was born in 1942. The soda fountain was always there, and was always my favorite place to go, but the other seating didn't exist. It was a drugstore, and the space was filled with low shelves full of OTC medicines, supplies, and makeup.
Watching the variety of old cars coming in and parking along Main Street was fun, for an old car lover like me.
A few more shots from the Jayne Mansfield's Car filming. The West Theater from the 1940s, Billy Bob checking his scene, the old drugstore soda fountain, lots of old cars arriving for props.

My Criterion Collection (Update)
TBH, It's still a great movie,
but it's NOT my favorite and it's a bit overrated, kinda tired of this getting ranked at #1 Disney animated film ever. #sorrynotsorry
Again with my Tier list of Disney Animated Movies!
