Sorry I’ve been missing - working in the mornings then on a jury for the rest of the day means I’m exhausted…. And it’ll continue this way for a few more weeks.
At least I was able to get my tattoo rescheduled from Friday to the weekend - something to look forward to.

I’m in SoCal basically living on a plain. I’d been wanting one for a long time and decided to just go for it. Went from not knowing how to move to riding around my town in about a month which is sooo cool. Pic of it from yesterday.

Can’t believe I ended up on a jury that will last three weeks. 😑
Spent today building bridges, laying out my cards with the bosses, and forming a plan to beat this shit and save my team as best as I can during this insane attack on incredibly hard working folks.
First time in awhile I feel semi hopeful. Not for myself - but it never was about me.
If the mark of a good person is being able to persevere despite the insane odds of failure and despite the weight of the world’s hatred weighing down on them… well I guess I might be ok

Best Vespa outing yet. Rode the main road a few blocks from my house got up to 55mph and went down a few side streets before looping back.
