Its gonna suck losing an hour of sleep tonight, but I'm looking forward to the sun still being up after I leave work because now I can take after-work bike rides again in the evenings which is a good stress reliever.

And it was also the around the same time that the needlessly bloated Generations demo was found to have huge spoilery chunks of the final game in it which only made the stampede of new users even crazier.

Also I do remember that era, 2011; right around the time the site had some big update that messed with the themes so we were stuck with a default white theme for awhile instead of the usual blue. Sega Forums was also down or something so the site had twice as many users as normal, it was wild.

I know his era went on long enough and it needed to end, but when thinking of the Gen 10 starters just now, I was like "I wonder which one Ash will get this time or if they'll end up giving him more than one again-" then I was like "..oh." only took a whole gen for it to really start sinking in, lol

If Clip Studio Paint ever announces native Linux support though, it'd be so over for Windows at least as far as artists who are fed up with the current system goes.

I'd hate to take half a year adjusting to another art program all over again, but if this happens and they try to force people to upgrade like they did with 11, I really would fully switch from CSP to Krita and then haul ass back to Linux for the first time since 2016.

This is a fun idea but some rich asshole with a sub is probably gonna ruin it for everybody if they find it before the series actually ends. 😬

Was just thinking again about how much Avatar TLA feels more like a Cartoon Network show than a Nickelodeon one, to the point that I'm surprised Nick didn't pass on it initially. I think what's also interesting is that it and Korra came and went without influencing Nick to make other shows like them

Trade in value for S24 Ultra towards the S26 Ultra seems to be pretty good. Problem is I never wanna give up my S24U, I love its functional design with its square corners, lol. If I ever upgrade to another samsung flagship I'd have to buy it at full price while keeping the S24U as a backup/ keepsake

Pokemon Gen 10 getting a 2027 release is good, because not only is it seemingly not being rushed, but it also gives me plenty of time to get caught up, as I'm like 3 regions behind still, lol

Also when I say "indie," in my case I mean working on my original projects in any small pockets of freetime that I'm not at my retail dayjob or doing comms, like I always have. If I went full freelance or tried to make a studio or some other big thing, I probably wouldn't be able to pay my bills..
