I FINALLY started perimenopause HRT Pellet treatment on Friday! (I tried a topical gel for 10 months and the absorption was way too inconsistent and a nightmare for me). I cant wait to be able to function again!!! ππ

Perimenopause PSA: All of these symptoms from an intake checklist may seem random but they are all hormone related. And perimenopause symptoms can hit neurodivergent folks earlier and more extremely than neurotypicals; even age 35 isnt "too young" to be feeling these. And it CAN be treated.
