There are many examples of that happening now and makes me feel that following gaming news is a waste of time that demands too much effort to cut through the noise and find actually interesting things.

I wish gaming sites and social media spent more energy covering older games or cool obscure games than covering new ports of repackaged rereleases of enhancement versions of games that were already released 10 times before on every single system...
