That is a great way to put it.
I don't think it messes up a rebuild to the extent that you're not counting on adding lottery picks after this season anyway, but yeah, I'd definitely want to keep Christie given his age/contract. Gafford and Marshall I'd look to trade and Washington is right on the borderline for me.
