Don’t sabotage love because it’s something that hurt you in the past. Timing, alignment, genuine and intentional love .. real love, deep love, unfiltered love, layered love, connected love, rooted love, balanced love, all of that.
I’m just ready to be outside more, outdoors more, in nature more, in my garden, at the beach, along the trails and mountain sides, on an patio, walking the park, vibin’ at a cookout, at a block party, just OUTSIDE basking and living!!

Been up at the crack of dawn all week, the energy around us is so intense and chaotic, you can literally feel the shift.

Many are quick to be like “It ain’t that serious” when in actuality it is when you have sound morals, values and integrity.
No New Year resolutions, just forward motion, period.
I’m at peace with releasing who/what’s no longer for me, in alignment to me, or serving me.
Just went through my contacts in my phone and deleted literally the majority of the contacts saved. This has been a year of shedding, ridding, stripping away, clearing, detaching and letting go in more ways than one.
Listen, a little laughter goes a long way ESPECIALLY in these current times. Whenever, wherever, and however you find some ounce of joy, please make sure to bask in it unapologetically!!!
2025 taught me, you gotta’ do it for yourself and everything else will align.
