Agreed. Pity he's so poor at politics, presentation, communication. He's very much like many of the 1950s/60s/70s politicians I spent three years studying...

Peter Shilton blocked me on Twitter. He told me to 'back Boris or leave the country'. He then asked me what I'd done for the country. I told him I hadn't been outjumped by a 5 foot 5 Argentinian.....
And we lost to relegated Carlidle twice that season as well!
You'll get there. Just hang in and remember what's good right now.
Cheers!

Went back to Loch Mallachie today. It was silent, peaceful and blissful. Lunch at the Ryvoan Cafe. Food from Rothiemurchus for the weekend. Great way to end a very busy week!
My low point was when we were 1-0 down at Leicester, who then got a penalty. Pickford saved it, and us, that night.

Cracking player. We were very interested when he was at Bkackburn, but, surprise, surprise, couldn't afford the fee Palace paid them. Palace will make a tidy profit when they sell him.
Yep, open goals are there for the taking....
Cheers Roger!
Cheers. My GP said at the time 'You're 59, you've enjoyed yourself a bit too much. Now you're paying for it and you'd better change a few things!'
I'm feeling if I had a pound for every time I'd heard that one, I'd have retired a long time ago!π
All good thanks. Big health scare a couple of years ago, but all being managed now with some meds and lifestyle changes!
Yep, left that place when Musk took over. Thought I'd give this a go and stumbled into loads of Blues I knew on Twitter.
Good luck with your new job!
Correct!
A lovely video of Mighty Marine getting to the FA Trophy semi final, with a brief look at Crosby beach and the route to the stadium, five minutes from where I grew up.
Only one game from Wembley, away at Wealdstone.

Tonight from the Highland Kitchen:
Conchiglie and broccoli, with sauce made up of anchovies, chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic, black pepper and lemon juice.
It's a close-run one, but nothing will ever beat Nev's save at Spurs. I was right behind it - the Spurs fans were in complete disbelief, all talking about it on the way out.

The handpan. Got one, but I spend so much time on the bouzouki, I have less time to practise the pan. Instant conscious competence would be wonderful!
Those two knew the good stuff. The burgers in the pic are from Rothiemurchus.
Their meat is very good. Everything else in the shop has a big mark-up, as it's all a bit touristy. We had a big beef roast one Christmas and the two dogs we then had sat in front of the oven while it was cooking!
Worth checking out www.rothiemurchus.net
All their meat is from their own herds, butchered on the premises. I think they do delivery. If we ever go near the Cairngorms, we're in there!
It's lovely. Main thing is to make sure it's not overdone. The farm shop we go to does lovely thin cuts of venison haunch which aren't at all tough.

Tonight from the Highland Kitchen:
Mash potato with dill, venison burgers and sauerkraut.
Sorry to hear that, Mike. Make sure you're good to yourself at this time.
