Itβs been incredible to see Greens from all over the country joining local people in Manchester to support Hannah Spencer in the Gorton and Denton by-election!
Our very own @karenlewing.bsky.social and Hannah Cooper have been there today, and look who they bumped into! πππ #VoteGreen

I've just read the latest from @TaxJusticeUK and think they're spot on. The Mandelson scandal is about more than bad decisions; it's about the sickness of elite influence infecting our democracy. taxjustice.uk/blog/behind-...

Endorsement from Karen Lewing, Co-leader of the Worcester City Council Green Group. There is a photo headshot of her smiling in top left hand corner under the banner 'Rachel Millward Hope Can Win #Rach4Deputy'. Beneath the photo is a quote from Councillor Karen Lewing which says, "Rachel gets it. To win, we need to speak with confidence, tell our story, and share our successes. She'll help local parties build the skills, training, and support to do exactly that."
Thank you for your support @karenlewing.bsky.social . I look forward to doing all this and more if I'm elected as Deputy Leader.

With the County Council cancelling 'Solar Together' next year, asked officers to look at options so that residents don't miss out. Supported funding for a new lift at the Swan Theatre to improve accessibilty and a mobile van to bring music activities to schools and events across Worcester. Volunteered at the successful Arboretum Spring fete. Raised graffiti with the County Council and painted over graffiti for the Worcester Canal Group.

Labourβs Planning & Infrastructure Bill rips up essential protections and puts irreplaceable habitats at risk.
Developers would be handed more power β while scientists warn the Bill is a "licence to kill nature." We cannot let them roll back decades of environmental progress.

Utterly indefensible.
Labour are choosing to cut vital support from vulnerable people.
They are also choosing to protect the wealth of the super rich.
