#OnThisDay in 1355, Oxford erupted into what became known as the St Scholastica Day Riot.

It started when two students complained about the quality of wine.

Over the following days, tensions between townspeople and students exploded into one of the deadliest riots in Oxford's history.

I attempted to write 52 short stories in 2025. I can confirm it was not a sustainable goal. That being said, I did write a lot more short stories than I would have otherwise. Some of which I even finished!

So living with my parents abruptly became unsafe (mentally/emotionally) and I'm leaving ASAP. I have somewhere to go, but it's out of state. I'm packing now but I have to register my car before I go and that's $500. Anything helps. 🫀
