it's driving me nuts that this keeps happening, and substar just introduced a "wallet" feature instead of just fixing it. Every time I ask about it they say, "well they can't sign up cause there are no spots" and I'm like
"😤😤😤 CAUSE THEY'RE ALREADY SUBSCRIBED JUST TRY TO CHARGE THEM AGAIN PLEASE"
I.E. there are 10 spots in my request tier.
Subscriber A has been subscribed for a year and this month their payment doesn't go through.
So they go to subscribe again to get charged and sure enough, there are no spots open!
Subscriber A thinks they lost their spot. Then they message me about it.
Subscribe Star got me so fucked up rn.
