I thought it was ok! Not my favorite though lol
Dec 8: 8-Bit Christmas βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
An actual PLOT!? In a Christmas movie!? Child-led holiday movies can be hit or miss, but this was so cute and entertaining!
Dec 7: One Delicious Christmas βοΈ
I feel confident this actress was in the 60th percentile of her drama class in college, but she maybe wasnβt made for the big screen.
PS. Don't be fooled by the thumbnail, Bobby Flay has about 72 seconds of screen time.
Dec 6: A Sweet Christmas Romance βοΈβοΈ
The main character SUCKS and makes it impossible to root for her! The cast of characters behind her is pretty entertaining which is the only thing keeping this film afloat.
Dec 4: The Mistle-Tones βοΈ
I want to call this a campy romp, but it kinda ends up just being a cringy flop.
Dec 3: Nutcrackers βοΈβοΈβοΈ
Misfit kids, high powered exec uncle, you can kind of fill in the rest. But it was cute!
Dec 2: Red One βοΈβοΈ
Honestly, the only reason this didnβt get one star itβs because in the world of Christmas movies low/no budget isnβt uncommon. This at least had some production value behind it. However, the plot was convoluted and clunky and made for a rough viewing experience.
Dec 1: Merry Kiss Cam βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
A splendid start to the season! I'll admit I had low expectations going into this but WOW was I wrong!
Adorable without being saccharine, heartwarming without being sappy, and magical without being unreasonable. Plus I can't resist a movie that takes place in Minnesota!
It's that time of year again! Time for my HOLIDAY MOVIE THREAD!
For those that haven't seen me do this before, this is when I watch a holiday movie I've never seen before every day until Christmas and rate it based on no criteria other than my emotions. It's fun! Join me!
Catholics really went off with stained glass didnβt they?
Nothing like going to bed covered in glitter
