Close to 650 federal agents remain in Minnesota weeks after border czar announced end of operation There are still more than quadruple the 150 agents Tom Homan said there would be in the state by the end of last week.

Theyโ€™re still lying to us.

Keystone Kashโ€™s Jaw-Dropping FBI Perks for Girlfriend Exposed โ€” The Daily Beast Alexis Wilkins reportedly has her own full-time security detail of SWAT agents.

So let me get this straight: while everyday Americans worry about safety, Kash is assigning a full-time SWAT detail to his girlfriend Alexis Wilkins for hair appointments and gigs? SWAT is for โ€œextremely high-risk situations,โ€ not VIP boyfriend perks.

So NJ lawmakers wrote a bill to rein in ICE.

And this is what they called it.

A Fatal ICE Shooting Occurred in Texas Months Before Renee Goodโ€™s Killing

This case is insane:

ICE shot and killed a citizen last March then *hid it for a year.*

The young man they killed had no criminal history.

All we know about shooting is from internal ICE docs.

We don't know officers' names.

We don't have footage.

Trump has ordered the Treasury to send him $10 billion in cash & $10 billion for a slush fund (on top of the $200 million in cash stolen from Venezuela for another slush fund), on top of $10+ billion gotten from foreign governments in exchange for favors, but do go on about not taking a salary ...

Harvard Law - Jamie Raskin JD
Stetson University - Pam Bondi JD

I wonder which one knows more and which one is the "loser lawyer"?

โ€œYou donโ€™t tell me anything, washed-up loser lawyer!โ€

Is it asking too much to have an Attorney General who doesnโ€™t sound like a drunk in a trailer park brawl?

Apparently, it is.

If Bondiโ€™s testimony before Congress doesnโ€™t scare the shit out of you youโ€™re living in a Dream World. Sheโ€™s ready and willing to harm and/or kill any American citizen who may harm her Fuhrer. Pam Bondi is Eva Braun w a presidential mandate to beat all Americans into submission ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

To everyone thanking me, much appreciated but not why I posted! Pls support your local immigrant defense group like:

The Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota: www.ilcm.org/donate/

Or my hometown LUCE: www.lucemass.org/donate

Or Google your city/state & โ€œimmigrant defenseโ€ to find your local heroes!

12.02.2026 00:29 ๐Ÿ‘ 2273 ๐Ÿ” 635 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 55 ๐Ÿ“Œ 35

And please thank lawyers doing this work. Weโ€™re carrying a lot of trauma for voiceless clients. We are tired. We have become experts in new law under the most dire circumstances.

If you can, donate to immigration defense funds. Theyโ€™ve been at it the longest and have the least resources.

So the confrontations, violent apprehensions, and general fear bearing down on communities like Minnesota is only the beginning of the nightmare. Behind the scenes, Orwellian anti-judicial antics thwart lawful recourse. And hidden from sight, non-citizens are tortured for being noncitizens.

Like I said when I started, I donโ€™t know what to expect from posting this here. Maybe in hopes it galvanizes 1 of my ~5 followers.

But at the very least, thank you if you read all the way through. We must not look away.

People can have different political opinions about immigration policy. Political differences are fine, healthy for a democracy.

But if youโ€™re okay with this, thatโ€™s not a political opinion. That is a moral failing.

These are the conditions under which the Trump regime wants to detain noncitizens indefinitely. It violates international law, the Eighth Amendment, and our own laws & regulations.

And the DOJ and DHS are willing to manipulate any law, defy any court order, to keep doing so.

I had a pregnant client who was experiencing abdominal cramping for three days and was deprived of medical care. When we interceded, she was punished.

A first grader snatched two days after surgery denied wound care.

A client who developed a large painful cyst but was ignored.

18-month-old girl hospitalized with respiratory failure in ICE detention, lawyers say Dilley Immigration Processing Center in rural Texas withheld medication after โ€˜gravely illโ€™ toddler was sent back into its custody, according to federal lawsuit

4. Medical malpractice. Hereโ€™s why I say stopping this detention-to Texas pipeline is life of death.

An 18-month old hospitalized after nearly dying of three simultaneous respiratory infections. When she returned to the camp, DHS withheld her meds.

2. Non-potable water. Clients have reported becoming ill from chemical-tasting water. Some developed rashes.

3. Deplorable accommodations. A client sick with the flu was forced to sleep on a frigid concrete floor. In Camp East Montana, fetid water leaches through the roof and soaks the beds.

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1496 ๐Ÿ” 253 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 4

And what awaits these clients in Texas? Unspeakably cruel and inhumane treatment.

1. Rotten food. I had a client explain she had to make a half-pint of milk and an apple last every day because the other meals consisted of spoiled or rotten food. One client wasnโ€™t fed for >36 hours.

21/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1802 ๐Ÿ” 390 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 7 ๐Ÿ“Œ 20

I had two clients moved within an hour of ICE learning we were looking for them and advising us there was not plan to move them.

A family of four moved 36 hours after a court order forbidding them from being moved.

3 other clients moved within a day of court-ordered injunctions.

20/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1826 ๐Ÿ” 302 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 4 ๐Ÿ“Œ 6

And even when we move at warp speed and outpace this regime, DHS doesnโ€™t care. Theyโ€™ve moved people to Texas hours or days after being enjoined.

When ordered to return them, DHS justโ€ฆ doesnโ€™t. The AUSAs let them: when we notify them of a violation, they send the email equivalent of a shrug.

19/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1860 ๐Ÿ” 342 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 6 ๐Ÿ“Œ 12

So itโ€™s a race: how quickly can a personโ€™s family realize they were snatched and find a lawyer, and how quickly can that lawyer get a habeas petition of file? And is that faster than ICE can load the detainee on a plane to Texas?

Itโ€™s exhausting and terrifying. It can be life and death.

18/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 2202 ๐Ÿ” 498 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 7 ๐Ÿ“Œ 34

See ICE wants these cases in Texas, where Trump-infected courts are more tolerant of their antics, more biased against non-citizens, more willing to let DHS fill up concentration camps.

(Not all Texas judges, for sure. Plenty are bravely faithful to the rule of law. ICE is playing the numbers)

17/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1768 ๐Ÿ” 236 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 6 ๐Ÿ“Œ 7

Meanwhile, DHS shows its contempt for the judiciary in a different way. In dozens, likely now thousands, of cases, DHS openly defies court orders.

Minnesota courts enter orders forbidding ICE from moving noncitizens whoโ€™ve filed habeas petitions out of Minnesota. They move them anyway.

16/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1788 ๐Ÿ” 325 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 3 ๐Ÿ“Œ 11

Yet asst. U.S. attorneysโ€”AUSA used to be an esteemed titleโ€”continue to make this frivolous argument over and over in bald-faced arguments in case after case. Theyโ€™ve been told no many thousands of times. They admit (remarkably) in their filings that they know their arguments are meritless.

15/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1633 ๐Ÿ” 161 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 4 ๐Ÿ“Œ 9

And the canon that instructs us to draw understanding of a statuteโ€™s meaning from its title. The list goes on.

The governmentโ€™s argument for why it is entitled to strip residents of their due process rights and lock them away indefinitely is easily the most frivolous argument Iโ€™ve ever seen.

14/

11.02.2026 21:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 1518 ๐Ÿ” 131 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2 ๐Ÿ“Œ 1

It violates other canons too. The governmentโ€™s reading renders an entire act of Congressโ€”the GOP-championed Laken Riley Actโ€”superfluous. So it violates the canon against superfluity.

It violates the ejusdem canon, which says similar language in similar statutes has the same meaning.
