one rando posting the clip on youtube would get a takedown notice within the hour but the united states government can use it to make a hype video about killing human beings and they suddenly will not say a word

i am a believer in matthean priority because textual reception matters at least as much as original authorial intent and matthew is the first gospel that believers read

that may well be correct, i was only looking pre-vatican ii and not at early church lectionaries. but also, reclamation of a more ancient pattern seems different from how i understood ian to be using "traditioned" here.

i consider myself historical-critical-critical

but the longest ones are definitely reserved for year a, so the other two years it is easy not to really notice.

i think the latter. at a quick glance, none of the pre-rcl lectionaries appear to have incorporated these long johannine readings, i think they arose out of making the three year lectionary.

culinary class wars is just a really well designed and interesting cooking competition show which has some really huge names. the blank menu for you is just brilliant and heartfelt, and i do not want to say anything more to avoid spoiling it.

they are both korean cooking shows, but both really compelling in their own wildly different ways

6 days ago 1 0 1 0

since you mention some reality tv downthread, i want to make sure that you have seen both culinary class wars and the blank menu for you, because they are both amazing
