I agree with this. It’s along the lines of why I think we should not allow private schools or homeschooling and require all education to be public. Those who send their kids to private school often have no interest in maintaining public schools. youtu.be/MXZvHsem5OU?...

I think maybe because when I was a kid I didn’t really get things like souvenir popcorn buckets or ice cream bowls, I’m more inclined to get one now. It’s probably the category of souvenir I like the most except for something that has blinky light. I may have bought the Disneyland key.

I’m a Xennial so approaching mid 40’s. I think I hit most of the age milestones older generations expected and I still don’t really feel like an adult.

Since cryptography is one of my interests, it does kinda bug me when certain things involving cryptography happen in media. In the most recent episode of #StarfleetAcademy Caleb mentions trying different algorithms including some real ones like RSA and ECC.

In Discovery they said the full name of the spore drive is the Displacement Activated Spore Hub drive. Did anyone else wonder why they never called it the DASH drive?

What I don’t understand is if they started it shouldn’t that mean they were the baddies? I know logic is difficult for them, but make it make sense.

Of course there are those in this administration who are trying to start armageddon and I know logic is difficult for those types of people, but shouldn’t that make them stop and think in the context of their religion
