and it just went as an unspoken thing where i just didn't attend church. i'm not AS religious as i used to be but i've been slowly attending some services with my husband who's been incredibly patient and it's been kinda nice seeing how the community is in our town

my mom is Very religious and had this mindset of "well if you don't do this you're going to hell" (though she's lightened up on that and has become open-minded recently). but then my brother and aunt passed and my parents stopped making me do stuff because i was angry all the time
