A massive study of NEARLY 300,000 people in the United States found that receiving an updated 2024-2025 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine REDUCED people’s risk of SEVERE disease AND death in ALL age groups, REGARDLESS of immunity from prior infection or vaccination.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

ICE is trying to build a mass-detention facility in my district.

Little kids in the US typically can’t get flu vaccines at pharmacies - they have to go to their pediatrician. Which add an extra layer of hassle & difficulty. This is much easier for many families.

Spoke to someone while walking a trail in a local park. He was complaining about the rangers giving him a ticket for letting his dog off leash. Same dog that molested me the other day without an invitation. I didn’t mind, he was a sweet dog, but I went back to work covered in dog hair and slobber.
