I have a question to those in #authorsky. randomly writing ideas for my next book in a folder of my current Scrivener book project. Need suggestions on how to keep them organized. I dont want pieces of the book scattered without having a way to recall them. By plot, character. Mood? suggestions?.

I’m kind of done with tik tok. Loving the mojo on Bluesky. It seems more community and less ‘tik tok make me famous’ posts here.

I do these kinds of gift giving exchanges all the time!!! My independent bookstore and I are such good besties. The owner and I such good friends. We can’t help it!

Creating sentences and paragraphs and storylines that are captivating is my main goal as an author. A book that’s really helped me: style-lessons in clarity and grace (Earlier editions work)

biggest takeaway. Put the actor (noun) in the subjects spot and the action (verb) in the predicate spot.

Congress has vowed to keep tik Tok gone. So… it will only get a 90 day reprieve. I'm not going thru that again. Blue sky has been wonderful!!! I've gotten more responses and community with writers here than tik Tok.

Yeah. Either way I’m putting my efforts other places. Even if tik tok gets a 90 day reprieve at some point they will get rid of it. And the off and on of the platform would drive me nuts. I’m having a great time connecting on Bluesky.

I just got my master gardening certificate from the univ of my! Love gardening as well as reading/writing.

Loving the energy on #booksky #authorsky rebuilding is tough. But finding all sorts of new people. Books I’m reading- the wedding people. Beautyland. Once upon a time on the nature of fairy tales. Book I’m writing. Briar’s hollow. A book about family/friends and the struggles one must overcome.

Reading and writing for me. Just started the wedding people and beautyland. Beautyland is the best non traditional story telling book I’ve read. It’s sooooo good!
