My concern is without AUKUS Australian government does not have a solid set of principles or united code of conduct in international situations. It has no united leadership, really.

I’m exhausted. Woken up at 5 am by one dog, then at 7 am by same dog, harassed by two dogs. Sprained my bum running with dogs. Had to take them out & endure them at the park with my sore bum. Got stung by a wasp as I fed them. I feel like I want to run away, just for a few days.
No dogs allowed.
Trying to have coffee in bed without being harassed by dogs.
Completely impossible.
Finally back in Blue Sky. It wouldn’t let me in for ages so I gave it a rest. Seems that’s all it needed.
You don’t have a toddler or a dog ( that behaves like a toddler).

I got in a lovely swim at the end of a productive day in spite of awful humidity and heat.
Took magnesium like a good girl, slept well.
Woke up to lovely rain, tired but happy muscles.

My phone has a fitness app. I have to laugh that today it thought that while I was at dog training, I was cycling. I achieved 41 ‘heart points’! Go me.
