Was feeling inspired by Food Wars and anime so for dinner it’s my take on Ryo’s Salmon Coulibiac.

Salmon with soy sauce onions, garlic rice wrapped in an egg and green onion crepe wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Garnished with a white wine lemon cream sauce.

Day 2 Dinner: Loaded baked potato soup with leftover turkey. I added in some fennel, celery and onions to the soup using leftover homemade chicken stock. I made gnocchi using leftover mashed potatoes. Garnished with bacon, extra cheddar cheese and ritz crackers.

Day 2 of repurposing thanksgiving leftovers: Stuffing and cheese rolls. Made with leftover chorizo cornbread stuffing, leftover cheddar cheese and rosemary salt.

Day 1 of Thanksgiving leftovers repurposed. I’m gonna create a thread of series of all the food I make using the Thanksgiving leftovers. Trying to expand my culinary range.

For day 1 we have a simple chorizo stuffing omelette. Stay tuned for lunch and dinner.
