Having been in the trivia sphere for a few years, and auditioning since 2000-01, I know many people who have deservedly been cast and have generally played very well. Then I see other contestants and think ... "Him? Really? You have him a spot? ... OK." (I know how random the selection process is.)
So looking forward to seeing you play again!
A Futurama frame of Leela saying "we made a detour to some awful planet called Dalton-B."

Props to Scott for his stamina. At the end of day 3, I'd be mental and physical mush. And having 2+ months off to study and prepare more is a contestant's dream. No way he threw it.
Little early for a repeat, ain't it? π

Zoe almost ran the category!
All three of y'all played so well!
Or that their best anecdotes aren't suitable for broadcast TV
... you watched her interview anecdote about her *wedding*, right?
I'm sorry, but: "Shaftesbury"??? π
That's how I knew it!
In the movie Rushmore, Max Fischer asks George, "What are you, a lawyer?"
@ouij.bsky.social is quite the lovable scamp
No, I'm not particularly afraid of your mom
Oh noes, I'm in danger of being a character actor getting punched in the face!

I've met a few over the last year and have reeeeeeeeally tried to keep my fanboying to a minimum.
Oh that's the good stuff
Zoomed-in and blurry and hard to see, but that is a CURVED BLEP
My mind was similarly blown when I learned the etymological reasoning behind million, billion, trillion, quadrillion, quintillion, et al
Piper is forever my all-time favorite companion for this line alone: "Let me know if there's anything I can do to lighten the load ... or, you know, if you need anything proofread."
(I've been a copywriter/editor throughout my career, starting with a daily newspaper.)
3 was the first Fallout game I played, and I barely understood companions and questlines, even by the end of it. I happened to have him as my companion at that time (mostly because I enjoyed him saying "too fun!") as well as high enough Intelligence and/or Speech to convince him to do it.
Gus is *firmly* in his BIG POTAT era
Following the line of succession after Caesarπ are Augustus (Gus) and Tiberius (Ty). Among their many nicknames that undoubtedly confuse the hell out of them are Mister FluffleupaGus.
I wonder if fluffy orange bois know how well they blend into medium-range wood tones. I haven't tripped over Gus yet, but I know it's inevitable.
I would like to help vigilantly monitor this situation
(i.e., view any and all cat pictures that you decide to post)
I swear I don't put random things in their bowls just to take pictures of them
My cat Gus is so in love with me that he taught himself to play fetch, by bringing me his mice and other toys. If I'm not around, he'll pick them up and drop them where he knows I'll find them: in his food bowl, water bowl, litter box ... or a combination thereof. π
