If Motif was free back in 1993, the Linux world would look very different right now.
Will be interesting to see how it goes... I'd like to install CDE on my work Ubuntu machine. GNOME is so irritating.
I don't know why, but that looks so much more pleasant (peaceful, really) than 90% of the DEs out there.
