We have an amcrest that uses an SD card.
Omg, I love them
Oh, and my cousin is Skip. Despite the fact his dad died in 1998 and he could be using his legal name without confusion.
My mum had an uncle bing, he had a son called butch, who had a son named bo. Because they were all the same actual first name. But nobody ever called them by their legal name!
To be very clear, that lady in the NYT article is not making any money with her hundreds of AI slop books.
She makes money by *convincing people* she makes money that way and getting them to pay her to teach them how to do it.
It's an evolved MLM, and the NYT is helping market it.
It made me filled with rage on behalf of authors like you who have spent the time writing amazing fat characters for that one author to be like, I use it because I want to see more fat women in romances, because holy shit do I not give a shit about ai making up shit about my lived experiences!

Funny the things that pull you out of a story. Was reading a book where a wool garment burst into flames. Nope, sorry. I can suspend disbelief for monsters, but not for wool fireballs.
Anna Garcia, labeled "me", squirting a water bottle labeled "my deepest insecurities and traumas" at Josh Ruben, labeled "person I met seven minutes ago".
want a squirt of my water bottle?
their story is kinda wild.
This is what I donβt understand: How could extensive attention to clean indoor air make anything *worse*? Particulates and pollen and so on cause issues for people with allergies and asthma even before we think about anything else. Itβs cheap and easy and we should just be doing it everywhere!
it's looking really nice!
i had an adhd fugue one day and signed up for a different mystery quilt for next year, and...also have no idea what the finished quilt size is, even? I'm sunk costs in for this one but it will likely remind me that I'm not big on mystery.
santa in a blue suit!
I still see people pushing it occasionally and it will never stop weirding me out.
first of all, i have a newsletter! i keep things ostensibly writing-focused, but it's all terribly informal and sometimes just about my cats. here is the latest email i sent, which happens to also be a year in review. i'd love it if you subscribed!
That's what my instinct suggests
It's been a real annoying thing always but it's worse since I started needing to wash my hair in cold water. I swear a lot before I can pin my hair up and turn the hot water up.
The single vent in my bathroom is a return on the north wall of my house. The corresponding supply vent? Through two doorways on the south wall of my house. It's also directly below a defunct electric wall mounted heater so they originally knew the bathroom needed heat. But no. Ambient heat only.
You are far more optimistic than I am, but we'll see. Upper Deschutes is at only 7%, and most of the state is no more than roughly 1/3. I'll be surprised if we get a killing frost here before the end of the year based on current forecasts.
Yeah, not having snowpack gets real catastrophic in the summer.
The ACA isn't just "health care for people who don't have a conventional employer." It also disallows something that was incredibly common 20 years ago, which I fear is getting lost to generational memory: insurance companies could deny you health care for essentially any previous health problem.
These temperatures make me deeply uncomfortable and unsettled. We should have had a killing frost at least six weeks ago and instead it's 60f.
It's so fucked up to have been a kid during the D&D is the devil freakout and the Tipper Gore dirty lyrics freakout and live to see the teen suicide machine get such a pass.
Yeah, as someone who holds a degree in architecture, I can confidently say this million sink monstrosity is not a risk to architects. I went to school with folks who didn't like to draw by hand but none of them were handing over the actual design work to programs to come up with this shit.
i kinda think it's a taste that doesn't taste describable to a lot of people, so they just equate that with nothing. does that make sense?
Corn chex is my favorite
Same. I suspect I must be in the very top end at roughly one (or more) books per day and my eye reading speed is up there with you (I reread on audio to savor things sometimes because it's so much slower). I also don't steal books.
next on my tbr unless I decide to reread at first spite before I jump into this one.
