Study section done. Zoom is hard, being chair is hard, but I think when you have ADD it is REALLY hard. LOL. SO tired now. That took every ounce of my concentration.

As someone who says yes and is quite overwhelmed with service obligations… I see colleagues who have essentially do no service with no apparent consequences….. I wonder if this might be good advice? Or perhaps service needs to start playing a bigger role in promotion and grant funding decisions? 🤷🏼♀️

The issue also is that not all raw milk is the same. Living on a farm and having fresh cow to table milk is different than getting your raw milk after it has been stored for a few days.
Plus reviewing grad apps for the program I direct AND writing many grad school rec letters. Thanksgiving is going to be great....
Someone (who clearly does not teach or write grants) decided to update the grants system for the University next month. This means all December grants are due the week after Thanksgiving which is also the end of the semester. I have 5 grants due Dec 6th + end of semester stuff. Make it make sense.
Also apparently if you get put on a starter pack..... It is a game changer.
